What a Session Is Like

I work from a shot list agreed ahead of time (speakers, sponsors, key guests, signage, room details) and keep an eye out for the unplanned moments: the hallway conversation, the laugh at the back table.

Typical jobs include conferences and panels, fundraising galas, product launches, networking nights, company parties and on-site headshot days. I work quietly, dress to the occasion, and deliver selects quickly so marketing can post while the event is still fresh.

Before You Book

How fast can you deliver event photos?

Priority selects can be ready the same day or next morning. The full edited set follows within about a week.

Do we get usage rights?

Yes. Event coverage includes a license for your company's marketing and press use. Details are in the agreement.

Can you cover multiple rooms or long days?

Yes, with a plan in advance. For large events I can bring a second photographer.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. NYC is home base, Los Angeles is a regular stop and I'm open to events elsewhere in the US.
