Which Session Is Right?

Quoted by Project
Commercial work depends on hours, deliverables, turnaround and how the images will be used. Tell me about your event, menu or space and I'll send a clear quote, usually within one business day.
Deposit, Balance and Changes
Deposit to Hold Your Date
A 50% deposit reserves your session and is credited toward the total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Deposits are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure payment link.
Rescheduling
Move your date once at no charge with 48 hours' notice. Weather moves are always free. Additional changes carry a $50 fee.
Cancellations
Cancel 7 or more days ahead and your deposit becomes a credit toward a new date within 6 months. Inside 7 days the deposit is retained. If I need to cancel, you receive a full refund or a new date.
Running Late and Extras
Sessions begin on time and end at the booked length, so a late arrival shortens your time. Extra time is available in 15 minute blocks when my schedule allows.
Events, Restaurants and Interiors
Commercial projects require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer. The balance is due on delivery of the final gallery. Usage and licensing are listed in your quote.
Travel Outside NYC
Los Angeles and other US cities are quoted per trip. Travel is invoiced at cost, with a 50% deposit due when you confirm.

What is included in every session?
Every session includes planning help on location and timing, direction during the shoot, professional editing, and a private online gallery with downloads and a print release.
How do I secure my date?
Send the booking form. I reply with availability, and a 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on the day of the session.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We reschedule at no cost within a reasonable window. Light rain and overcast days can look beautiful, and I'll tell you honestly what I'd recommend.
Do you need a permit for photos in NYC parks?
Small portrait sessions are usually fine, but rules vary by park, group size and equipment. I'll check your chosen location and let you know before we book it.
Can I add more time or photos?
Yes. Extra time, extra edited images, additional locations and rush delivery are available. Ask when you inquire and I'll send a clear add-on quote.
Do you offer pricing for events, restaurants and interiors?
Those projects are quoted individually, based on hours, deliverables, turnaround and usage. Send the details and I'll reply with a quote.
